Nine Tails
WHITE SPICED RUM
Our Nine Tails White Spiced Rum is distilled with the key flavours of punchy ginger, Persian limes, and local honey made only a mile away from our distillery.
We have incorporated some of our Cask-Aged Rum to expose a whisper of woody depth and enhance the super smooth vanilla notes.
This rum is especially great as it is the world's first cold-distilled white rum and beautifully diverse, so great for cocktails; we love Jamaican Mules and Mojitos!

Nine Tails
CASK-AGED RUM
Our Nine Tails Cask-Aged Rum is made with the finest Guyanan Demerara Rum and takes you on a journey of full-bodied and elegantly rich fruit flavours. It is crafted by hand and then aged in specially made American White Oak barrels for the particular woody depth we were after.
The rum has been purposely left in its purest form with no sweeteners or colours but deliciously natural.
We love to drink this neat with ice or with Ginger Beer or Coke.







GRIFFITHS BROTHERS ORIGINAL GIN
Our award-winning Original Gin is clean and smooth, and the depth of flavour and complexity is exceptional and well-balanced. We have found the ideal balance between decipherable character and classy subtlety.
When tasted neat, the flavour develops and takes you on a journey from zesty citrus and fragrant orange blossom and elderflower, to herbaceous and earthy notes, from bay laurel and liquorice root. Best enjoyed chilled and over ice or in a G&T with orange peel and a fresh bay leaf.

BLACK SPICED RUM
Our Nine Tails Black Spiced Rum has a beautiful blend of top secret spices to form the most fantastic flavoursome mix.
This spirit has been crafted by hand and made with the finest Guyanan Demerara Rum with a cask aged base, implementing a whole new dimension of flavour and rich depth.
We love this rum with lots of ice and Coke.

Export strength gin packed full of flavour. Soft juniper and grapefruit give way to a herbaceous edge with warm spice and a pleasing vanilla note at the end. For G&T best served with Indian tonic water with a slice of grapefruit peel or a wedge of lime. Also makes a wonderful martini.

Super smooth light gin that captures subtle flavours of the Caribbean. Fresh cut lemon, lime and pineapple combine with juniper to produce a beautifully balanced gin. Perfectly offset by the warm spice notes of cassia, ginger and nutmeg from St Lucia. Rounded off with hints coconut to give a superb finish. For G&T best served with a few raspberries and a Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic.

New batch brought out every year to celebrate the turning of the seasons. A perfect balance of fruity orange citrus and warm spice notes synchronised with local honey and foraged rose-hips from Marlow. This gin is an impeccable combination of warming autumnal flavours for this time of the year. For a G&T keep it simple with just a slice of orange and an Indian tonic.

Sloe GIN
This season's Sloe Gin was made using local, handpicked sloe berries that are steeped for 6 months to release their intense berry flavour. To enhance the festive notes, we used our award-winning Autumn Special Gin as a base which is packed with seasonal tones of orange citrus, warm spice, locally foraged rosehips and locally sourced honey. We recommend serving it neat, or enjoy it paired with prosecco for a real treat.

This limited edition is a tribute to our distillery's historical past. We have distilled spruce needles from Penn Woods gathered from the same location and wood stock the old Dancer & Hearn factory used to make the Mosquito bomber in WW2.
We wanted to craft a classic gin with the unmistakable flavours of the ancient Penn Street woodlands, so bursting with juniper and fresh forward pine notes thanks to the spruce. This bold gin is packed full of flavour. Soft citrus notes of Italian lemon and orange work superbly well with its collection of spices, leading on to a fruity finish of wild blueberry and delicate herbaceous sage notes. For G&T best served with slice of lemon, a few fresh blueberries and a Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic.

Made from the highest quality wheat spirit, this cold-distilled botanical vodka has been re-distilled with fresh samphire, horseradish and lemon, to give a clean, yet perfectly balanced authentic vodka, with an ultra-smooth finish.
Serve: We recommend trying with soda or a good quality tonic and plenty of ice.

This limited-edition, cold-distilled, botanical vodka has been naturally flavoured using in-season English raspberries and the clean, delicate flavour of fresh mint, engaging both the nose and the palate.
