Clayton's Cocktails - Rum Old Fashioned (70cl, 24%)

Clayton’s Cocktails was an idea born in lockdown at the award-winning bar, Clayton's in Marlow, renowned for bringing quality music and serving up expertly mixed cocktails to those in the know. With both the dance floor and glasses empty they needed a way to get the music and cocktails to people’s homes and so it began. 

Never ones to follow the crowd, this old fashioned comes with a twist… rum.  Clayton's take Mount Gay Black Barrel, an incredible rum from Barbados matured in American whiskey casks and then finished in charred Bourbon casks, gently infuse it with orange zest and then mix it with golden sugar and bitters.

Serve very cold over ice, garnished with a dried orange wheel or orange zest.
