Orange and warm spice notes compliment the sweetness of local honey and foraged rose hips to give this gin a warm and autumnal feel, perfect for those darker nights. Smooth forward citrus notes lead in to cassia and cardamom, with a herbal finish.

Lovely as a G&T but keep it simple with an Indian tonic and a slice of orange.
